  • Roundtable Director

    Position Summary:

    The Director may manage 4-6 roundtables with up to 40 companies per roundtable and is accountable for the client management, profitability, retention, and service delivery of their set of roundtables. In addition, the Director will be responsible for leading and executing key elements of company level and team projects.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    Roundtable Delivery

    • Management
    • Achieve proficient client relationship management and engagement across all the roundtable activities
    • Accountable for revenue and expenses of their book of Roundtables (supporting involving and effective invoice collections)
    • Support client retention efforts to minimize attrition
    • Execute activities to enhance underperforming RTs
    • Accountable for the delivery of Executive meetings
    • Oversee meeting coordination and planning including communication and logistics
    • Construct detailed meeting agendas leveraging client input
    • Facilitate meeting
    • Oversee development and delivery of meeting report(s)
    • Accountable for the delivery of Benchmark and Custom Surveys
    • Drive engagement and client participation
    • Oversee data quality and accuracy
    • Continuously monitor and improve the dataset to drive value for clients
    • Accountable for sales support
    • Proficient maintenance and use of Salesforce
    • Provide content support as need to BD for sales opportunities
    • Pass along new leads that are found for BD to work
    • Handle end to end process for a small number of inbound/relationship sales
    • Thought leadership and advocacy
    • Provide opportunities to address industry concerns
    • Develop activities to improve overall well-being of the industry

    Skills and Education

    • Minimum of 8 years specific experience in relatable field/function. Knowledge of financial services a plus.
    • Ability to work in small teams and with limited supervision

    • Experience working within an SLA environment
    • Working knowledge in running a small business from end-to-end
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Excellent competencies in facilitating discussions for extended periods of time

  • Roundtable Associate

    Position Summary:

    Associates are responsible for creating and managing the work products that client executives use to influence business decisions and processes within their own companies

    Principal Responsibilities:

    Work on a portfolio team responsible for the execution and ongoing management of 10 -12 Auriemma Roundtables

    • Assigned to 4-6 specific Auriemma Roundtables
    • Independently manage work products detailed below for assigned roundtables to successfully deliver consistent value to client members
    • Build client relationships and knowledge base of the various business models, organizational structures, and key performance indicators of client members through research, data analysis, industry news, and absorption of meeting discussions
    • Actively contribute to the performance and success of the portfolio team including process management improvements, quality targets, and sales goals
      • Identify and communicate workflow changes to increase productivity and efficiencies
      • Manage individual workload to meet set deadlines using problem solving skills
      • Apply knowledge of membership base to identify key prospective clients and conduct research to shape the outreach strategy
    • Roundtable responsibilities:
      • Work on the development of client-centric meeting agendas
        • Manage client outreach and participate in individual client agenda calls
        • Apply industry knowledge to appropriately capture key areas of concern among members and thoughtfully organize like-topics
        • Identify need for any supporting materials and create such materials to business professional standards
      • Travel 2 – 4 days to major cities throughout the continental US, attending up to 18 executive meetings annually
      • Manage relationships with senior executives at major financial institutions
        • Capture thorough notes of each multi-day discussion and then analyze notes to identify key takeaways and trends
        • Write comprehensive business report that accurately identifies key matters of importance from the meeting and that can be easily absorbed by executives
        • Report must meet professional writing standards and be client-ready
        • Onsite management of event logistics
      • Manage benchmark data collection and validation for quarterly and semiannual surveys
        • Build, distribute, and modify client surveys
        • Project manage the survey timeline to meet deadlines
          • Develop effective client outreach strategy and execute on it to ensure timely data submission
          • Apply knowledge of industry key performance metrics and individual member company’s business models to independently identify outliers and anomalies
          • Lead problem solving discussions with data analysts within member companies for data inaccuracies and proactively develop solutions
          • Use analytical thinking skills to identify trends and highlight industry indicators
        • Manage custom peer group survey process
          • Manage intake and development of client survey requests on an ad-hoc basis
          • Apply practical thinking and analytical skills to construct survey questions so that they obtain desired results
            • Apply knowledge of industry key performance metrics and individual member company’s business models to independently identify outliers and anomalies
          • Lead problem solving discussions with data analysts within member companies for data inaccuracies and proactively develop solutions
        • Interact with clients regularly on any needs to obtain value from their membership
          • Requests for information

    Skills and Education:

    • College degree
    • A strong record of academic and professional performance
    • Strong writing and notetaking skills (i.e., ability to deliver written information in an accurate and concise manner)

    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle regular peak workload periods
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
