  • Branded Content & Thought Leadership Director

    Position Summary

    Auriemma Roundtables is the leading provider of business intelligence for the consumer finance industry. Our membership groups, publications, and benchmark studies are rich repositories of insights that our clients, members, and readers use to guide their decision-making every day.

    The Branded Content and Thought Leadership Director role will be responsible for spearheading content strategy and program management of our Branded Content line of business. Working with our content and marketing services partners, this position will oversee the production and delivery of content-driven solutions that position our partners as thought leaders while augmenting the knowledge base of our clients, members, and media subscribers.

    Principal Responsibilities

    Managing a large inventory of high-visibility thought leadership opportunities with our clients (across multiple channels, including in-person events, virtual sessions, and written pieces) as well as developing/consulting on content that most deeply resonates with the target audience. This work will span across varying channels and brands, including Auriemma Roundtables, insideARM, and Collections & Recovery.

    Ensuring the successful execution and delivery of contracted Branded Content & Thought Leadership for a large roster of B2B providers in the consumer finance space, such as:

    • Presentation at in-person and virtual events
    • Webinars
    • Branded journalism
    • White papers
    • Lead generation marketing campaigns
    • Executive Q and A video sessions


    Advising internal and external stakeholders on the best content approaches to achieve their goals across the various channels/brands

    • Suggest well-researched, compelling content ideas to maximize engagement and relevance
    • Use your expertise to recommend content-related best practices across all channels for Branded Content/Thought Leadership clients
    • And more


    Producing the content for our 3+ Summits each year:

    • Summits are annual must-attend events for Auriemma Roundtables’ clients. Content is developed both internally and in partnership with Knowledge Partners. You will act as the key Summit producer to ensure the content’s quality and relevance to attendees
    • Work with internal and external experts to validate topics covered in summit agendas
    • Construct agendas and recommend topics for general sessions and tracks
    • Devise and deliver innovative formats to drive engagement and on-site value for attendees and Partners
    • Act as key stakeholder in designing the on-site experience


    Skills and Education

    • College degree or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years developing B2B content, such as conference agendas or trade publication articles
    • Expertise in creating polished written and media products across channels and formats (printed, digital, video)
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Zoom is, Canva, and Asana, are a plus



    • Exceptional relationship-building abilities
    • Strong writing skills coupled with well-honed “news judgment”
    • Proficiency in consultative content approach, with the capability to work with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver top-notch content that satisfies all stakeholders’ needs
    • Familiarity with consumer finance ecosystem is highly desirable
    • Organized with keen attention to detail
    • Nimble, collaborative team player, and adept problem solver


    Physical Demands

    • Required Constantly:  Sitting, computer input, finger dexterity and coordination of hand, eye,
    • Required Frequently: Walking, standing, grasping, bending, stopping, squatting and climbing stairs; carrying laptop & files (approx. 8-10 lbs)
    • Required Occasionally: Reaching above the shoulder, and lifting 5-25 pounds, pushing and pulling


    Special Requirements

    Travel up to 20% during the year.

    This position has the option to work in either ET or CT time zone.

    Annual Hiring Range: $100,000-$120,000

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. This position is eligible for a yearend bonus.  The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized with an offer.  The company provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability plans.
