Here are the people you’ll be working with.
Tom has been with Auriemma Roundtables since 2003. He helped build and currently leads Auriemma Roundtables, which covers numerous functional areas across six verticals: credit and debit card, auto finance, consumer banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management. Under his leadership, the offerings have grown to more than 35 groups and 500+ members. The team produces more than 350 benchmarks each year and executes over 100 face-to-face meetings. Under his oversight, the company developed VIZOR, a proprietary client portal, data repository, and delivery platform.
Tom has 25+ years of payments experience, including various roles at Chase and First Chicago. He previously managed early-stage collections, process management in Disputes, Loss forecasting, and ebusiness.
As Chief Financial Officer for Auriemma Roundtables, Awilda has overall leadership of the day-to-day financial and control operations of the company, including accurate and timely financial reporting to the board, lenders, and internal constituents. Other responsibilities include planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls, financial policy development, budgeting and modeling, and integration of business systems.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, Awilda was CFO and COO of The Gate Worldwide. In this role, she was responsible for directing the financial and operational functions of the agency including internal and external resource management, strategic financial leadership, client support and contract compliance. Awilda graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Accounting.
As a Senior Director at Auriemma Roundtables, Lindsey is a member of the Leadership team responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the business. She leads the Business Practice Strategy area, which manages changes to the business model structure, policies, procedures, vision, and direction of the company to ensure that value is delivered to clients and the business is operating effectively and efficiently to best position the Roundtables line of business for growth.
Prior to joining Roundtables, Lindsey worked as a news editor and reporter for trade publications in the public relations and credit union industries. As a reporter for Credit Union Times, she covered auto lending, student lending, fraud, financial literacy, savings, collections, agricultural lending, and wrote a monthly column on the banking needs of Generation Y. Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from Marist College with a BA in Journalism and Communications.
Stacey serves as the CAO of Auriemma Roundtables, as well as Auriemma Group. She oversees Human Resources, Information Technology, and Administrative Services.
Stacey previously worked in executive leadership roles in the financial services, non-profit, and retail sectors. Devoted to lifelong learning, Stacey holds a MBA and the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification. She is a certified business coach and career counselor.
Mike manages Operations for Auriemma Roundtables, which includes service and delivery across the US and Canada. He also oversees benchmarking and analytics, leading new product development and the evolution of the company’s proprietary system VIZOR. Mike is also involved in a variety of consulting engagements including operational reviews, market studies and assessments, and technology assessments.
Mike spent several years in the IT sector where he developed strong technical and analytical proficiency. Mike earned a BS degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University with a minor in Information Technology/Computer Science. He also served as an Advisory Board Member for the American Banker’s Association Bankcard School in 2009.
Louis leads business analytics for Auriemma Roundtables, delivering insights and intelligence that help the company better serve clients and operate more efficiently. Additionally, in his role as co-manager of Quality Assurance and Business Practice Strategy, he promotes the continuous improvement of client deliverables and drives execution of the firm’s strategic agenda.
Louis is a business writer turned data storyteller. He joined Auriemma Roundtables in 2011 as an Associate before managing thought leadership and regulatory correspondence for the firm. Louis has a B.A. in English-Journalism from Fairfield University.
Kathy manages a diversified mix of Auriemma Roundtables with a focus on Auto Finance and Customer Service groups. Her portfolio of Roundtables includes the Auto Dealer Finance, Auto Finance Loyalty, Auto Originations, Auto Remarketing, Auto Customer Service, Canadian Auto Operations, Card Customer Service, Consumer Banking Customer Service, Bank Back Office Operations, Retirement Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Workforce Management Roundtables. Kathy is also a key contributor on related consulting engagements.
Kathy spent 20+ years managing operations for credit card, mortgage, and auto finance products while at Chase Manhattan Bank and New Century Mortgage. She has held positions in marketing, operations management, financial analysis, risk management, and fraud prevention. Kathy has a BS degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University’s Graduate School of Business.
Vincent supports Auriemma Roundtables’ efforts in developing new Roundtables and evaluating new verticals for market entry. He is focused on growing new and existing markets, along with delivering the proper solutions to clients.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, Vincent worked as a client relationship manager at Fortune 500 companies within the financial services industry. Previously, his experience focused on marketing solutions to acquire new relationships and proactively foster relationships with existing clients to ensure financial needs were met. Vincent earned a BA from John Jay College, CUNY.
Luigi manages several Auriemma Roundtables focused on Credit Bureau Reporting and Disputes Handling, Auto Collections, Auto Compliance, Personal & Student Lending Collections, and Home Equity Lending Operations. During his time at Auriemma Roundtables, he has led advocacy initiatives on behalf of member organizations and contributed to various operational reviews.
Between 2014-2016, Luigi managed service delivery across Auriemma Group’s UK Roundtables practice. Prior to joining Roundtables, he worked as a reporter covering the financial services industry. Luigi graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Robert is Director of several Auriemma Roundtables, including Auto Originations, Vendor Management, Workforce Management, Retirement Services, and Bank Back Office. He has 15+ years’ experience in financial services, business development, marketing, and management consulting. Robert’s diverse background allows him to unlock value in the Roundtables and contribute to related consulting engagements.
Robert has worked with senior executives at leading Fortune 500 companies where he interpreted data from custom benchmarking studies to drive real change in the organization. He has provided executives with best practices and understandings of how industry peers are solving key challenges. Robert earned a BS in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology with certificates in Finance and Management of Information Technology.
Ed manages a portfolio of Auriemma Roundtables focusing on Card and Auto Collections, Recovery and Compliance, Personal Lending, Mortgage Collections, Dialer Strategy, Customer Experience, and Operational Risk. He is also instrumental in consulting projects within the firm.
Ed has spent 20+ years in various operational and marketing delivery roles at Citi, Bank of America, and a subprime lender. He earned a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
Ira manages a portfolio of Roundtables mainly focusing on customer-facing functions. He directs the Card Chargeback, Card Fraud Control, and Consumer Banking Fraud Control Roundtables. Ira is a strategic thought leader in operational excellence and business process re-engineering. He is also influential on key operational consulting engagements.
Ira has been in the payments industry for 35+ years and has held senior positions in customer service, operations, finance, and marketing at JPMorgan Chase. Ira received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Phylip leads Auriemma Roundtables’ efforts in implementing new growth strategies and product development opportunities. He is primarily focused on expanding market presence, developing new Roundtables, and delivering innovative solutions to existing clients.
Phylip has worked as a marketing and business development strategist at leading Fortune 500 companies within the capital markets sector. His roles have ranged from advising and executing product management to sales and client retention. Phylip graduated from Morehouse College with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Diana is a Director at Auriemma’s Roundtables, focusing primarily on Card Compliance, Personal Lending Management, Complaint Management, Operational Risk, and the company’s Behavioral Economics Initiative, in partnership with the Center for Advanced Hindsight. She also acts as lead for the firm’s Knowledge Partner program and is responsible for Roundtable marketing activities, including branding and thought leadership activities.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, Diana created and produced large-scale, global conferences for the prepaid, gift card, and fintech industries. Previously, she was a staff reporter at the Wall Street Journal, covering executive education and management issues. Diana graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida.
As Data Scientist for Auriemma Roundtables, Toby leads the development of the company’s bespoke data products, leveraging unique datasets to provide actionable insights for clients. Toby is responsible for managing the technical solutions to deliver the Executive Dashboard product, identifying cross-functional insights into aggregated benchmark data, and delivering custom in-depth data analyses to address clients’ challenges and opportunities.
Toby joined Roundtables in March 2018 after moving to New York from London, where he worked in analytics and technology roles in a variety of different industries, including real estate development, higher education, local government, and nonprofit housing. Most recently he worked as the principal Data Analyst for $11 billion Battersea Power Station redevelopment project in Central London. Toby graduated with a BA from the University of Sheffield.
Emma manages Auriemma Roundtables focused on Canadian Auto Operations, Auto Remarketing and Card Customer Service. She also oversees the quality assurance and improvement of client deliverables for all other customer service-focused Roundtables. Her background in policy and public sector consulting allows her to think strategically about the impact of regulatory changes on her clients, and she has assisted with various client advocacy efforts during her time at Auriemma Roundtables.
Emma began as an intern at Auriemma Roundtables and later supported a variety of Roundtables as an associate. She went on to pursue a master’s from Columbia University and to work in KPMG’s State and Local Government group, where she consulted on the implementation of an integrated eligibility system for health and financial benefits for a large city government. She returned to Auriemma Roundtables as a manager in January 2020. Emma graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University and has a Master’s in International Affairs and Economic Development from Columbia.
As a Director at Auriemma Roundtables, Anita leads the Card Accounting, Card Brand Partner, Card Chief Executive, Card Credit Operations, Card Marketing Operations, and Debit Management groups.
Anita brings 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry to Roundtables. Anita spent 14 years at JPMorgan managing large institutional client relationships, strategic planning, and developing marketing strategy for a multibillion dollar line of business and launching new products. She also held management roles at AIG and Oppenheimer Capital. Anita has served as the client expert across these organizations to develop solutions for complex issues across multidisciplinary areas including legal, technology, finance, products, and operations. Anita earned a BA from John Jay College, CUNY and received an MS from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at the New School.
As a Manager for Auriemma Roundtables, Danny has responsibility for driving client engagement and service delivery for a portfolio of Roundtables geared toward different payment card functions including Fraud Control and Dispute Management. He works closely with clients to produce custom, quantitative analysis utilizing Roundtables’ proprietary industry benchmarking data and spearheads advocacy efforts to achieve solutions for the industry. Internally, he coordinates business activities across the portfolio to ensure the team has strong oversight of client deliverables, relationship management, industry trends, and sales efforts. In a previous role, Danny supported Auriemma Group’s UK Roundtables in London.
Before joining Auriemma Roundtables, Danny worked at Standard Chartered Bank in Pakistan for 2 years, where he quickly moved from a graduate program role to payments product manager. During the latter role, he had responsibility for driving debit card revenue and supporting product enhancements. He gained valuable experience working on several spend generation campaigns and key projects including the implementation of EMV (chip) cards and 3D Secure technology. Prior to joining the bank, Danny graduated from the Lahore University of Management Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
