Here are the people you’ll be working with.
Tom has been with Auriemma Roundtables since 2003. He helped build and currently leads Auriemma Roundtables, which covers numerous functional areas across six verticals: credit and debit card, auto finance, consumer banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management. Under his leadership, the offerings have grown to more than 35 groups and 500+ members. The team produces more than 350 benchmarks each year and executes over 100 face-to-face meetings. Under his oversight, the company developed VIZOR, a proprietary client portal, data repository, and delivery platform.
Tom has 25+ years of payments experience, including various roles at Chase and First Chicago. He previously managed early-stage collections, process management in Disputes, Loss forecasting, and ebusiness.
Ed oversees Auriemma Roundtables’ delivery efforts across all its groups.
Ed has spent 20+ years in various operational and marketing delivery roles at Citi, Bank of America, and a subprime lender. He earned a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
As a Senior Director at Auriemma Roundtables, Lindsey is a member of the Leadership team responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the business. She leads the Business Practice Strategy area, which manages changes to the business model structure, policies, procedures, vision, and direction of the company to ensure that value is delivered to clients and the business is operating effectively and efficiently to best position the Roundtables line of business for growth.
Prior to joining Roundtables, Lindsey worked as a news editor and reporter for trade publications in the public relations and credit union industries. As a reporter for Credit Union Times, she covered auto lending, student lending, fraud, financial literacy, savings, collections, agricultural lending, and wrote a monthly column on the banking needs of Generation Y. Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from Marist College with a BA in Journalism and Communications.
Stacey serves as the CAO of Auriemma Roundtables, as well as Auriemma Group. She oversees Human Resources, Information Technology, and Administrative Services.
Stacey previously worked in executive leadership roles in the financial services, non-profit, and retail sectors. Devoted to lifelong learning, Stacey holds a MBA and the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification. She is a certified business coach and career counselor.
Phylip leads Auriemma Roundtables’ efforts in implementing new growth strategies and product development opportunities. He is primarily focused on expanding market presence, developing new Roundtables, and delivering innovative solutions to existing clients.
Phylip has worked as a marketing and business development strategist at leading Fortune 500 companies within the capital markets sector. His roles have ranged from advising and executing product management to sales and client retention. Phylip graduated from Morehouse College with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Diana oversees all aspects of corporate and product marketing for Auriemma Roundtables, acting as a key partner and enabler for the business to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. She created and oversees the Knowledge Partner line of business, which connects Roundtable members with third-party experts and industry innovators.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, Diana created and produced large-scale, global conferences for the prepaid, gift card, and fintech industries. Previously, she was a staff reporter at the Wall Street Journal, covering executive education and management issues. Diana graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida.
Mike manages Operations for Auriemma Roundtables, which includes service and delivery across the US and Canada. He also oversees benchmarking and analytics, leading new product development and the evolution of the company’s proprietary system VIZOR. Mike is also involved in a variety of consulting engagements including operational reviews, market studies and assessments, and technology assessments.
Mike spent several years in the IT sector where he developed strong technical and analytical proficiency. Mike earned a BS degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University with a minor in Information Technology/Computer Science. He also served as an Advisory Board Member for the American Banker’s Association Bankcard School in 2009.
Marjorie currently serves as Director of Finance for Auriemma Roundtables and has been with the firm since 2007. Marjorie guides major projects providing strategic leadership in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, policy development and procedural improvement. In addition to managing fiscal and operational systems including integration and implementation.
Marjorie has over 20 years of expertise and results guiding the finance and accounting activities within publishing, wellness, and consulting industries. Marjorie serves on the board for SestraNow Foundation, Inc. In addition to her professional work, Marjorie is a Reiki Master, Chopra Center Certified Health Instructor and healing arts practitioner specializing in sound healing, energy work and more. Marjorie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Stony Brook University.
Louis leads business analytics for Auriemma Roundtables, delivering insights and intelligence that help the company better serve clients and operate more efficiently. Additionally, in his role as co-manager of Quality Assurance and Business Practice Strategy, he promotes the continuous improvement of client deliverables and drives execution of the firm’s strategic agenda.
Louis is a business writer turned data storyteller. He joined Auriemma Roundtables in 2011 as an Associate before managing thought leadership and regulatory correspondence for the firm. Louis has a B.A. in English-Journalism from Fairfield University.
Kathy manages a diversified mix of Auriemma Roundtables with a focus on Auto Finance and Customer Service groups. Her portfolio of Roundtables includes the Auto Dealer Finance, Auto Finance Loyalty, Auto Originations, Auto Remarketing, Auto Customer Service, Canadian Auto Operations, Card Customer Service, Consumer Banking Customer Service, Bank Back Office Operations, Retirement Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Workforce Management Roundtables. Kathy is also a key contributor on related consulting engagements.
Kathy spent 20+ years managing operations for credit card, mortgage, and auto finance products while at Chase Manhattan Bank and New Century Mortgage. She has held positions in marketing, operations management, financial analysis, risk management, and fraud prevention. Kathy has a BS degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University’s Graduate School of Business.
Tami is responsible for driving growth within Auriemma Roundtables’ established products. She is primarily focused on deepening Auriemma Roundtables’ relationships across the Auto, Consumer Banking, Card, and Multi-Vertical sectors, identifying new roundtable opportunities within the FinTech Space, and delivering white glove service to clients.
Tami was previously a client development representative in the Healthcare industry, working primarily with C-Level Executives from hospital systems, insurance providers, and pharmaceutical companies. Her experience has included sales development, end-to-end client service, developing add-on products, and marketing. Tami graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a BA in Marketing as well as most recently, completing a certificate program for Healthcare Management at the Yale School of Management.
Craig has spent 30+ years managing Call Center Operations at Capital One, PayPal, American Express and Wells Fargo. He has held positions in Collections, Fraud Prevention, & Customer Service. Craig has a BS degree in Political Science from Norfolk State University. He is a native of Richmond, Virginia, and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
MJ manages a diversified mix of Auriemma Roundtables with a focus on Risk Operations.
She has 20+ years experience in financial services, contributing to companies like Bank of America, Citigroup, MasterCard International and USAA. She has held executive leadership positions in retail banking, call centers, payments and property & casualty insurance sales. MJ has a BA in Management from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Troy’s portfolio of roundtables includes Bank Fraud Control, Internal Fraud, CISO, Customer Experience and Complaints, Deposit Operations & Business Process Automation, and Vendor Management.
Troy brings with him 30+ years in the financial servicing industry serving in a variety of roles including branch operations, call center management, IT Management, Product Management and most recently Fraud Strategy and Operations while at Bank of America and USAA. Troy has a BS degree in Management from Wayland Baptist University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Erin manages and creates the content for Collections & Recovery, insideARM’s resource for creditors and lenders, and directs the delivery of insideARM and Collections & Recovery marketing products. She is also the Co-Executive Director of the Consumer Relations Consortium, where she leads the group’s conversations about collections strategy, operations, and technology.
Erin has 10 years of experience in third-party collections & recovery spanning various roles, including direct consumer engagement, regulatory compliance, contact strategy, and digital strategy. Erin has a BA in English from Rutgers University.
As a Senior Director at Auriemma Roundtables, Russ leads the Auto and Card Collections groups.
Russ brings 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry to Auriemma Roundtables. Prior to joining the company, Russ was President and Founder of LeadOps Consulting, assisting clients with operational business benchmarking, leadership and continuous improvements. Leveraging his industry expertise from BenchMark Consulting International and his leadership role of Director of Collections at Harley-Davidson Financial Services, he had successfully led the teams operationally and strategically. In addition, he held prior leadership roles at Aon/Premier Auto Finance, Audi Financial/Volkswagen Credit Inc., and Morgan Stanley. Russ earned a BS from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, Indiana and his MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
Dominique supports the Auriemma Roundtables’ Business Development function by establishing positive relationships with new and existing clients, as well as key stakeholders, to achieve strategic business objectives.
Dominique has more than 10 years of experience in account management, sales, customer retention, and driving incremental revenue. Throughout her career, she has earned the trust of clients and colleagues by influencing business decisions, expanding customer bases, and developing new territories for targeted sales. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Management with a concentration in Accounting from Virginia Union University.
Missy Meggison currently serves as the Co-Executive Director of the Consumer Relations Consortium as well as General Counsel and Editor of insideARM. She has been in the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry for over 16 years. Within that time frame, she has litigated collection accounts, managed a multijurisdictional collections law practice, worked as in-house counsel for a national mortgage servicer, and served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a national collection agency and debt buyer.
As Co-Executive Director of the Consumer Relations Consortium, Missy works with some of the largest ARM entities in the country to facilitate communication and collaboration regarding the most relevant issues of the day. Further, she facilitates meetings with regulators and advocates so CRC members can share their experiences and convey the message that consumer protection and debt collection are not mutually exclusive ideas. They can and should co-exist.
At Auriemma Roundtables, Warren develops and executes new Roundtable concepts and data solution sales.
Warren has diversified experience in financial services, focusing on strategic growth and capital markets within FinTech, and emerging technology industry. His previous roles range from sales execution of enterprise solutions for buyside/sell-side institutions & Fortune 500 corporates to late-stage growth equity/ venture debt raises for technology startups. Warren graduated from Centenary University with a BA in Business Administration and a concentration in Management/Accounting.
Jaime manages a diversified mix of Auriemma Roundtables with focus on Credit Card Fraud & Risk.
Jaime spent the last 12+ years providing Operational and Fraud & Risk support for large variety of Credit Unions & Banks while at Visa Inc. He has held positions of Director in Fraud Products & Sr. Manager on the Client Success team. Jaime has a BS degree in Business Management & a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance Management.
James supports Auriemma Roundtables’ delivery efforts across all its groups. He joined Auriemma Roundtables in 2018 as an Associate before managing a team of five. James also provides training and guidance to junior team members of the firm.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, James worked as a paid search analyst at Razorfish responsible for monitoring and maintaining the USAA Credit Card campaign development and activation. James earned his B.A. in Marketing and Communications from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, Oxford, OH.
Steve oversees the Credit Bureau, Card Customer Service, Bank Customer Service and Workforce Management Roundtables. He has over 25 years of experience leading large call center operations supporting deposits, credit cards, online banking, business banking, consumer lending and sales for several financial institutions including Citibank, Chemical Bank, Mellon and PNC. Steve has led strategy, vendor management and project management areas and worked in consulting as a Senior Manager with Accenture. Steve is a past president of the American Teleservices Association and has been an active member in several industry groups, including Auriemma’s Credit Card Customer Service Roundtable. Steve has a BA in Communications from Seton Hall University.
Tracy manages Customer Experience and Complaints, Credit Operations, Wealth Customer Service and Personal Lending Risk Management Roundtables.
Tracy started her career working with real estate clients before joining American Express. She held diverse roles within Credit Operations, managing a top performing collection portfolio, training new hires, leading risk management and various collection departments, along with creating and executing a Leadership Development Program. Tracy has a passion for collaboration, innovation and most importantly, people.
