  • Sales Associate

    Position Summary:

    The Sales Associate role is an. entry-level position ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business development while supporting lead generation, CRM management, and sales reporting across Auriemma Roundtables’ full product suite. You’ll work closely with a high-performing sales and marketing team, gaining exposure to proven sales strategies, industry trends, and enterprise-level clients.


    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new leads using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other tools
    • Generate and nurture leads across all AR product lines, including Roundtables, Data Partnerships, and Knowledge Services
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior sales team members with qualified prospects
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within Salesforce
    • Support the sales team in managing pipeline movement and CRM best practices
    • Monitor and report on sales metrics, campaign performance, and lead conversion trends
    • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign execution and improve lead quality
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive positioning, and market opportunities

    Skills & Education

    • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
    • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and strong adherence to CRM process discipline
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and productivity tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Comfortable interpreting data and supporting regular sales reporting

    Physical Demands

    • Required Constantly: Walking, sitting, grasping, bending, stooping, squatting, computer input, finger dexterity and coordination of hand, eye and foot.
    • Required Frequently: Standing, carrying laptop and files (approx. 8 – 10 pounds).
    • Required Occasionally:  Reaching above the shoulder and lifting 5 – 25 pounds, pushing and pulling.

    Other Information

    This position is Hybrid, NYC Metro and requires being in the office 2 days/week.

    Annual Hiring Range: $68,000- $72,000

    Actual compensation offered to candidates may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, and/or skill level.   In addition, the company offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability plan as well as PTO.
