Here are the people you’ll be working with.
Elza is a key member of the Executive team. She oversees Accounting and Finance and is responsible for managing and affecting the company’s financials, developing financial strategies and processes, contributing to the development of the organization’s strategic goals, and managing and developing the accounting and finance team.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, Elza held senior leadership roles in multinational technology, software, and services firms. Her background reflects a track record of driving measurable results for publicly traded and privately held companies. She has extensive experience leading high-performing teams across cultures and geographic markets (US, India, Asia, Europe and Mexico).
Ed oversees Auriemma Roundtables’ data processes and deliverables, in addition to managing several Risk Roundtables.
Ed has spent 20+ years in various operational and marketing delivery roles at Citi, Bank of America, and a subprime lender. He earned a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
As a Senior Director at Auriemma Roundtables, Lindsey is a member of the Leadership team responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the business. She leads the Business Practice Strategy area, which manages changes to the business model structure, policies, procedures, vision, and direction of the company to ensure that value is delivered to clients and the business is operating effectively and efficiently to best position the Roundtables line of business for growth.
Prior to joining Roundtables, Lindsey worked as a news editor and reporter for trade publications in the public relations and credit union industries. As a reporter for Credit Union Times, she covered auto lending, student lending, fraud, financial literacy, savings, collections, agricultural lending, and wrote a monthly column on the banking needs of Generation Y. Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from Marist College with a BA in Journalism and Communications.
Stacey serves as the CAO of Auriemma Roundtables, as well as Auriemma Group. She oversees Human Resources, Information Technology, and Administrative Services.
Stacey previously worked in executive leadership roles in the financial services, non-profit, and retail sectors. Devoted to lifelong learning, Stacey holds a MBA and the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification. She is a certified business coach and career counselor.
Tom has been with Auriemma Roundtables since 2003. He helped build and currently leads Auriemma Roundtables, which covers numerous functional areas across six verticals: credit and debit card, auto finance, consumer banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management. Under his leadership, the offerings have grown to more than 35 groups and 500+ members. The team produces more than 350 benchmarks each year and executes over 100 face-to-face meetings. Under his oversight, the company developed VIZOR, a proprietary client portal, data repository, and delivery platform.
Tom has 25+ years of payments experience, including various roles at Chase and First Chicago. He previously managed early-stage collections, process management in Disputes, Loss forecasting, and ebusiness.
Diana oversees all aspects of corporate and product marketing for Auriemma Roundtables, acting as a key partner and enabler for the business to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. She created and oversees the Knowledge Partner line of business, which connects Roundtable members with third-party experts and industry innovators.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, Diana created and produced large-scale, global conferences for the prepaid, gift card, and fintech industries. Previously, she was a staff reporter at the Wall Street Journal, covering executive education and management issues. Diana graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida.
Mike manages Operations for Auriemma Roundtables, which includes service and delivery across the US and Canada. He also oversees benchmarking and analytics, leading new product development and the evolution of the company’s proprietary system VIZOR. Mike is also involved in a variety of consulting engagements including operational reviews, market studies and assessments, and technology assessments.
Mike spent several years in the IT sector where he developed strong technical and analytical proficiency. Mike earned a BS degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University with a minor in Information Technology/Computer Science. He also served as an Advisory Board Member for the American Banker’s Association Bankcard School in 2009.
Louis leads business analytics for Auriemma Roundtables, delivering insights and intelligence that help the company better serve clients and operate more efficiently. Additionally, in his role as co-manager of Quality Assurance and Business Practice Strategy, he promotes the continuous improvement of client deliverables and drives execution of the firm’s strategic agenda.
Louis is a business writer turned data storyteller. He joined Auriemma Roundtables in 2011 as an Associate before managing thought leadership and regulatory correspondence for the firm. Louis has a B.A. in English-Journalism from Fairfield University.
Michael supports Auriemma Rountables’ delivery efforts across all its groups, with a primary focus on the Fraud Roundtables. He joined Auriemma Roundtables in 2021 as an Associate before becoming a Manager in Service Delivery. Michael also provides training and guidance to junior team members of the firm.
Yesh manages multiple data analytics projects at Auriemma, focusing on benchmarking and dashboard deliverables. He plays a key role in analyzing data and ensuring the accuracy of performance metrics. With extensive experience in data analysis and financial metrics, Yesh creates dashboards that highlight trends and changes in participation metrics.
Before joining Auriemma, Yesh worked as a Data Analyst at Edgar, Dunn & Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Tami is responsible for driving growth within Auriemma Roundtables’ established products. She is primarily focused on deepening Auriemma Roundtables’ relationships across the Auto, Consumer Banking, Card, and Multi-Vertical sectors, identifying new roundtable opportunities within the FinTech Space, and delivering white glove service to clients.
Tami was previously a client development representative in the Healthcare industry, working primarily with C-Level Executives from hospital systems, insurance providers, and pharmaceutical companies. Her experience has included sales development, end-to-end client service, developing add-on products, and marketing. Tami graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a BA in Marketing as well as most recently, completing a certificate program for Healthcare Management at the Yale School of Management.
Craig has spent 30+ years managing Call Center Operations at Capital One, PayPal, American Express and Wells Fargo. He has held positions in Collections, Fraud Prevention, & Customer Service. Craig has a BS degree in Political Science from Norfolk State University. He is a native of Richmond, Virginia, and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Don is responsible for telling the Auriemma Roundtables story and building its brand and web presence. He supports the sales and marketing teams by developing original, compelling content that demonstrates the value Roundtables and other products deliver to members.
Don draws on an extensive background in professional communications. He previously ran his own consulting firm and has worked in the retirement industry and the public sector. Early in his career, he was a reporter, covering state and local government.
Don graduated from Temple University and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in his adoptive hometown of Philadelphia.
Troy manages a portfolio of roundtables focused on fraud and risk management. This includes groups such as Bank and Internal Fraud Control, Bank Secrecy/Anti-Money Laundering, Deposit Risk Management and Commercial Banking.
Troy brings with him 30+ years in the financial services industry serving in a variety of roles including branch operations, call center management, IT Management, Product Management, and Fraud Strategy, Operations, and Advisory. Troy has worked in institutions such as small regional savings and loans to large national banks such as Bank of America and USAA. He is a featured conference speaker on topics ranging from fraud to Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) for which he is named as an inventor on a number of industry patents. He has a BS degree in Management from Wayland Baptist University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Product Manager (CPM).
Charles manages sales for various Auriemma Roundtables. Charles arrives at Auriemma Roundtables from a background in sales at a global telecommunications market research firm, where he managed relationship with decision-makers at multinational enterprises. Prior, he worked in business development for an international economic development firm focused on access to finance and agribusiness in North Africa.
Charles holds BA degrees in History and Political Science from Penn State University; and an MA in International Economics with a specialization in Quantitative Methods and Economic Theory from Johns Hopkins University.
As Head of Membership at Auriemma Roundtables, he leads the execution of the day-to-day operations for the Service Delivery Directors, Sr. Associates and Associate teams. He is responsible for customer satisfaction, which includes all roundtable service deliverables, client engagement and retention of the existing roundtable memberships, people management, process improvements, expense management in addition to the oversight the events management team.
Russ has spent over three decades in various leadership and consulting roles in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the company, Russ was President and Founder of LeadOps Consulting, assisting clients with operational business benchmarking, leadership, and continuous improvements. Leveraging his industry expertise from BenchMark Consulting International and his leadership role of Director of Collections at Harley-Davidson Financial Services Inc., he had successfully led the teams operationally and strategically. In addition, he held prior leadership roles at Aon/Premier Auto Finance, Audi Financial/Volkswagen Credit Inc., and Morgan Stanley. Russ earned a Bachelor of Science with finance major, and economics minor from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, IN. He earned his MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
Glenn manages a diversified mix of Auriemma Roundtables with a focus on Auto Finance groups.
Glenn spent 20+ years building service delivery teams that focus on organization-wide efforts for continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. His professional experience was gained working for companies such as Santander Consumer USA, Wells Fargo Dealer Services, ADP Brokerage Services, and Citigroup, as well as taking on some challenging roles including quality trainer, business facilitator, and director of quality. He was honored to receive the Humanitarian Award for Diversity and Inclusion in 2022.
Missy Meggison currently serves as the Co-Executive Director of the Consumer Relations Consortium as well as General Counsel and Editor of insideARM. She has been in the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry for over 16 years. Within that time frame, she has litigated collection accounts, managed a multijurisdictional collections law practice, worked as in-house counsel for a national mortgage servicer, and served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a national collection agency and debt buyer.
As Co-Executive Director of the Consumer Relations Consortium, Missy works with some of the largest ARM entities in the country to facilitate communication and collaboration regarding the most relevant issues of the day. Further, she facilitates meetings with regulators and advocates so CRC members can share their experiences and convey the message that consumer protection and debt collection are not mutually exclusive ideas. They can and should co-exist.
At Auriemma Roundtables, Warren develops and executes new Roundtable concepts and data solution sales.
Warren has diversified experience in financial services, focusing on strategic growth and capital markets within FinTech, and emerging technology industry. His previous roles range from sales execution of enterprise solutions for buyside/sell-side institutions & Fortune 500 corporates to late-stage growth equity/ venture debt raises for technology startups. Warren graduated from Centenary University with a BA in Business Administration and a concentration in Management/Accounting.
Jaime manages a diversified mix of Auriemma Roundtables with focus on Credit Card Fraud & Risk.
Jaime spent the last 12+ years providing Operational and Fraud & Risk support for large variety of Credit Unions & Banks while at Visa Inc. He has held positions of Director in Fraud Products & Sr. Manager on the Client Success team. Jaime has a BS degree in Business Management & a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance Management.
James supports Auriemma Roundtables’ delivery efforts across all its groups. He joined Auriemma Roundtables in 2018 as an Associate before managing a team of five. James also provides training and guidance to junior team members of the firm.
Prior to joining Auriemma Roundtables, James worked as a paid search analyst at Razorfish responsible for monitoring and maintaining the USAA Credit Card campaign development and activation. James earned his B.A. in Marketing and Communications from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, Oxford, OH.
Zeenat is responsible for developing and execution of sales strategies aimed at fostering growth for Auriemma Roundtables’ existing product line. Her primary objective is to enhance the company’s relationships across various sectors.
With over two decades of experience in account management and sales, Zeenat has consistently achieved impressive sales results through strategic prospecting, relationship cultivation, and market expansion initiatives. Most recently, she served as a Global Account Director, focusing predominantly on engaging with C-Level Executives within the Global 500 firms.
Steve oversees the Credit Bureau, Card Customer Service, Bank Customer Service and Workforce Management Roundtables. He has over 25 years of experience leading large call center operations supporting deposits, credit cards, online banking, business banking, consumer lending and sales for several financial institutions including Citibank, Chemical Bank, Mellon and PNC. Steve has led strategy, vendor management and project management areas and worked in consulting as a Senior Manager with Accenture. Steve is a past president of the American Teleservices Association and has been an active member in several industry groups, including Auriemma’s Credit Card Customer Service Roundtable. Steve has a BA in Communications from Seton Hall University.
Sheldon manages a diversified mix of Auriemma Roundtables and supports our many groups using his experience.
Sheldon has over 25 year working and managing various aspects of industrial banks managing settlement operations, collection and recovery, fraud, credit reporting, auto/recreational lending, vendor management, and enterprise risk at Merrick Bank, GE Capital, and Discover/Morgan Stanley to name a few. He has held positions in operations, finance, business process outsourcing, risk, marketing, and fraud. Sheldon has a BS degree in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
Edgardo has been in the Financial Services Industry for over 30 years. Edgardo held Sr. Leadership roles at First Data now FISERV, TeleCheck and Western Union. He has held senior leadership positions in global operations, merchant support, call centers both domestic and international, inbound, and outbound, Workforce management for multiple sites both call center and offline. He has led global back office and field teams.
Most recently with Western Union he led the Global Agent Lifecycle which included onboarding, training, ongoing support, maintenance, and field operations. He also owned the Global Supply Chain, Compliance Operations, Risk Management Governance and Controls in a Three Lines of Defense model. This included the First Line of Defense for Know Your Agent, Agent Oversight, AML compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy compliance, Agent Fraud and Business Risk Management. Edgardo has a BS in Business Administration.
