  • Sales Development Rep (SDR)

    Position Summary

    This role supports Sales and Marketing’s efforts to identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through the sales pipeline while ensuring company sales goals are met. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting across Auriemma product lines including new launch memberships, existing roundtable memberships, data and knowledge partnerships.

    Principle Responsibilities

    • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
    • Contact and qualify potential customers, through cold calling/email, Linked-In and other viable sources
    • Set appointments and follow up with sales reps
    • Track progress towards meeting sales goals within SalesForce
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
    • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities and support overall compliance of CRM sales processes
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

     

    Skills & Education

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably SalesForce
    • Working experience with Linked-in Sales Navigator, Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.

    • Required Occasionally: Reaching above the shoulder, and lifting 5-25 pounds, pushing and pulling


    Other Details

    This position is Remote and has the option to work in either ET or CT time zone.

    Annual Hiring Range: $55,000 – $65,000 plus commission

    Actual compensation offered to candidates may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, and/or skill level. In addition, the company offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability plan as well as PTO.

     

  • Sales Director, Insurance

    Position Summary

    The Sales Director will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way and have established a network within the P&C Claim industry and relationships with Claim leaders.

    Principal Responsibilities

    Meet aggressive sales targets for a suite of Insurance products, including:

    • Manage and execute YoY sales targets within the Insurance vertical
    • Develop and implement go-to-market sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives
    • Collaborate with delivery team to identify and develop sales pipeline
    • Coordinate, track, and forecast sales progress for team and management
    • Maintain awareness of new markets and industry trends
    • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
    • Oversee and manage the sales process, CRM reporting and client relationships
    • Partner with MD, Insurance to uncover and execute enterprise roundtable membership agreements


    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
    • Collaborate with clients to identify their marketing goals and align our products and services to meet those objective
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships


    Skills & Education

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Insurance sector with established network in the P&C Claims industry and proven sales history.
    • 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales roles
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of partnership opportunities.
    • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership with partners.
    • Collaboration: Past experience in working closely with product and content executives to ensure win-win partnerships

    Annual Hiring Range: $110,000 – $125,000 plus commission
