(New York, NY): Auriemma Group will be leading both a panel discussion and strategic workshop focused on new Collections technologies at the Automotive Intelligence Summit in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The panel, “Leveraging New Technology and Analytics to Improve Collection Results,” will be led by Ed Falco, senior director of Auriemma’s Roundtable practice. The discussion will focus on the technologies that can mitigate collections losses and improve efficiency. The panelists from Southeast Toyota Finance, BBVA Compass and Hyundai Capital America, will share how technologies have improved performance in each stage of the Collections life-cycle, including pre-repossession, repossession assignment and execution and post-repossession collections. The technologies discussed will range from vendor data and skip tools to license plate recognition and GPS.
The panel is scheduled for July 26 at 8:15 a.m.
The strategic workshop, “masterQueue/Auriemma Strategic Workshop” is focused on industry collaboration to build a step-by-step skip tracing process that can be fully automated and tracked in masterQueue, a skip-tracing technology. The workshop, which is open only to creditors, will dissect specific skip strategies and best practices related to the technological tool.
The strategic workshop is scheduled for July 26 at 12:15 p.m.
“There is a large amount of data available to Collections executives to help increase engagement with delinquent borrowers,” Falco said. “The panel discussion and strategic workshop will be aimed at identifying how lenders have leveraged different technologies to make the most effective use of that data and discussing the resulting impact on losses and recoveries.”
